Comments: The only problem in the whole process was that the hats were somewhat “crushed” in the box. Once these hats get creases in the fabric, especially the front, they will never go back to normal. I imagine they probably came from Richardson with a support in the hat to keep them from getting bent up. Those should probably be put back in for shipment.
