The foldable probe is made from food grade stainless steel and the thermometer is rated IPX7 waterproof which keeps it safe and protected while rinsing clean after use. It features a large LCD screen displaying the temperature, backlight feature for better visibility in dark spaces, automatic shut-off and has a fast 2-3 second response time. The thermometer has a wide range of -58F~572F (-50C~300C) and can be switched between Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius (C). Store the Mario easily using the internal magnet on the backside or hang it on a hook using its integrated bottle opener.
