Easy to assemble with lightweight aluminum push button poles. The ballast can be filled with 6.6 gallons of water or sand for stability. Banners used outdoors have a 90-day warranty while banners used indoors have a 1-year warranty. Complies with Prop 65. 19.5" D x 31" W x 49.5" H
