Puzzle pieces are packaged inside a deluxe vinyl pack which includes an attached Full Color Vinyl Label of your Puzzle imprint on front of pack. A full color, edge to edge imprint on the puzzle is included in price. Pieces are made from a quality 350-gram white chipboard with glossy finish. Material: Pouch-Vinyl.350 gm white glossy chipboard - 0.039" thickness. Product Size: Pouch - 9 1/2" W x 8 1/4" H with 2 1/2" Gusset; Puzzle - 22 1/8" W x 17 3/8" L. Disclaimer: Puzzle pieces are not mosaic/irregular. Each puzzle piece is uniform. Slight curling and buckling cannot be avoided on all puzzles and is not a defect. If this occurs simply flatten the pieces back into shape during assembly. Once assembled puzzle may not lay completely flat this is a result of the decoration process which cannot be avoided and not a defect.
