Order Processing Timeframe

Blank items are ordered and drop shipped from our suppliers within one working day of an order being placed.
However, each supplier has its own processing and ship time depending on the time of year.
Most vendors ship within a couple days of purchase and delivery will depend on location from shipping location.
Customers needing garments by a certain date should specify that date while ordering so that we can make sure to meet it or
quickly inform the soonest an order can be delivered.
Screen Printed & Embroidered Garments
Our goal is to have all orders delivered to customers within two to three weeks from ordering.
However, there are many variables involved that could speed the time up or slow it down including supplier delivery time, artwork
approval length, pre-production approval length, and how busy our production schedule is at any point.
To keep orders moving as quickly as possible, customers are encouraged to reply quickly to order, artwork, and pre-production
approvals or revisions and to be as accurate as possible while communicating order/artwork details.
We urge all customers needing orders by a certain date to add a deadline in-hands date to an order to ensure that we meet that
date.
Custom Caps
Because of the nature of custom cap programs, productions times will take longer and vary based on brand, pre-production
approval, shipping methods, and time of year.
To keep orders moving as quickly as possible, customers are encouraged to reply quickly to order, artwork, and pre-production
approvals or revisions and to be as accurate as possible while communicating order/artwork details.
We urge all customers to speak with a sales representative regarding all of the production options and any deadline dates
before an order is placed.
